Terms and Conditions:

- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Additional charges may apply for changes requested by the client that result in increased materials, labour, or time required to complete the project.



- The client agrees to provide access to the premises at the agreed-upon times to facilitate the painting project.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the premises are adequately prepared for painting, including moving furniture and covering or protecting surfaces as necessary.

- Brush and Bond is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and will rectify any defects or issues with the painting project within a reasonable timeframe after completion.
- The client must notify Revive Pro Painters of any concerns or defects within a specified period after completion of the project.

- Brush and Bond shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the client's failure to comply with safety instructions or recommendations provided by Brush and Bond during the painting project.
- Revive Pro Painters shall not be liable for damages to property or belongings caused by factors beyond its control, such as pre-existing defects or structural issues.

- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation between the parties.


- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Australia where Brush and Bond operates.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Brush and Bond agrees to provide painting services as outlined in the agreed-upon estimate or proposal.

- If the client wishes to cancel the painting project after signing the agreement and before the commencement of work, a cancellation fee may apply.
- The cancellation fee will be determined based on the costs incurred by Brush and Bond up to the point of cancellation, including materials purchased and scheduling arrangements made.
- Brush and Bond reserves the right to deduct the cancellation fee from any deposit paid or invoice issued to the client.

- Payment terms shall be as specified in the estimate or proposal.
- A deposit may be required prior to commencement of work.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
